Refinforced synthetic carbon-fiber co-polymer material. Secures holsters, rails, and carbon-fiber accessories such as light and magazine cases. Can be mounted to any S.T.R.I.K.E. or MOLLE platform, vests, belts, dropleg platforms, internal panels and in some cases and packs.
