PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

All firearms must be delivered in person per Federal Law. We will ship your order to a valid FFL holder. All gun shops and most pawn shops have a valid FFL. Contact your local dealer and let them know you would like to receive a transfer from Walter Craig Law Enforcement Division if you are willing to pay their transfer fee (this varies by dealer). You will have to provide the dealer with our contact information to send us a copy of their FFL. Once you have secured a dealer, place your order and reference the dealers name on your order so we know where to ship your firearm. All handgun purchases are shipped overnight. 

It is your responsibility to know if the firearm you are purchasing is legal to own in your area. If you have any questions about whether or not it is legal please ask your dealer before you purchase your firearm. There will be a $25 restock fee and you will be responsible for return shipping if you cannot accept the transfer.

RETURNS

All firearms sales are final. When you arrive at your dealer to pick up your firearm please inspect it thoroughly to make sure it is exactly what your ordered, that it has no defects and that everything is present and accounted for. If there is anything wrong with the order please call immediately to resolve the issue. If it was a mistake on our part we will gladly have the firearm picked up and replaced.

Once you accept the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

MAKING A PURCHASE

To purchase products listed online please call 334-612-7044, have a picture of your Drivers License or Photo Identification and a picture of qualifying documentation available (Listed below). No sale will be completed without qualifying documentation being received. If you are purchasing for an Agency please call as the requirements and prices are different.

Upon receiving the qualifying documents the order will be charged, processed and shipped. Accessories will ship directly to the address you submit with your order. Please verify this information is correct.

Any ammunition purchases will have to be picked up locally. 

BLUE LABEL DOCUMENTATION

To qualify for the reduced prices on this website you must qualify for the Blue Label Program. The following individuals qualify with proper identification:

 

  • Sworn Law Enforcement officers, including Federal, State, County & City 

    • Includes retired L.E. officers with retired credentials​

    • Includes Reserve L.E. officers

      • Law Enforcement Identification is necessary or letter  from department on letterhead

  • EMT’s, Fire Fighters, Volunteer Fire Fighters, and Paramedics (with Picture ID from department front & back) 

    • Certifications alone are not authorized and do not qualify​

      • Picture identification front and back from the department is necessary​

  • Military personnel

    • Includes Reservists

    • Includes National Guard

    • Includes Retired Military personnel  

      • Military picture identification front and back or DD214 is necessary

  • Corrections Officers

    • Includes Parole Officers

    • Includes Probation Officers

      • L.E. Department picture identification front & back is necessary

  • State Licensed Security Companies (Loomis, RAM, Brink, etc.)

    • Includes State Licensed Armed Security Officers Employed by State Licensed Security Companies 

      • Employment picture identification from company front & back

      • Certifications alone are not authorized and do not qualify​​​

  • L.E. Academy Cadets

    • Enrollment documentation from the Academy is necessary​
